What difficulty do you usually play your games on?

The question is quite simple: What difficulty do you usually pick, when starting a game? (If you are given the choice to do so)

I usually pick normal, since I want a normal challenge, but it also shouldn't be a walk n' shoot game kinda game.

I may pick hard on rare occasions, but really only on games I'm good at
