It sold 1.2m copies. Most probably many of these people that make so much noise about it didn't even play it. Or they played it but didn't own it. Or they owned it but they weren't saying "OMG BEST GAME EVER".

It's just because there's a magical element to the game because of its huge budget and the fact that it was on a console that died an early death.

I challenge ANYONE to go and play it today and tell me with a straight face how great it is.

Why dont you tell us how great halo is compared to the modern far cry 3.

You see, you cant ignore when a game was released to its quality. Shenmue was revolutionary when it came out and was amillion seller on a 5 million install base. Equivalent of coming out right now for the wii u.

Point beeing, just cause you missed it, dont diss it. A sequal today would improve several of the systems.
