The store on the Vita is a bit of a shambles too, if you find a big list of deals 90% of the time it will only load the first 2 screens worth of games, to force the rest to load I found if you go into a game at the end of the ones which loaded up it will force the next on list to load in and you can jump from game to game on the loaded up ones. It's just one of those simple little bugs that should be worked out but hasn't been in months now.
