There are almost no chances for this. Others don't have as big userbase as America and most games aren't as frontloaded there as they are in America and Japan. The fact that Nintendo waits with European release. The game won't be as hot when released in Europe and the biggest fans (those that would buy SSBB on first day) will import the game from US.
