Like Mario and stuff... No because you can't make full games on mobile at this point, and the audience there would rather have something quick and very simple.

I have this nagging feeling you didn't read the OP... First off, Nintendo do not make Mario mobile games, and secondly, that's NOT what I'm suggesting. I said do Brain Age on mobile, because that shit doesn't sell anyways on 3DS, and the touch screen would work fine.
