The term you are looking for is "primarily", as I have mentioned already, their are third party games that sell well on Nintendo systems, that most people seem to ignore intentionally. 2 of the top 20 N64 titles are actually third party titles (Star Wars: Racer: Episode 1, and Shadow Of The Empire). Rare was a second party anyway, as Nintendo didn't 100% own them (only 49% from what I heard).
Both Microsoft and Sony rely on third party titles more anyway. Sony has first party titles, but a lot of their best selling games have generally been third party, with Gran Turismo being the best selling in terms of first party titles (Microsofts is Halo).
Also Crash Bandicoot and Spyro weren't first party as Sony didn't actually own them. They don't own Tekken either (you should probably look at the pages for those games, before you post things like that, as VGchartz can post false information).
