Especially when there are not many games on the system I would like to rent 'for free'. 4. Indie Gaming Same as 1, PC. 5. The Exclusives Not much at the moment, not much in the near future.

Why not both?
Seriously, those "single gaming option" peasants.

Because 2 of the 'reasons' to buy a PS4, are the reasons you should NOT buy a PS4 but a PC instead. The other 3 reasons aren't there IMO. And for your information, I'm console and handheld gamer. I stopped gaming on a PC ages ago.

Why did you stop gaming on PC ages ago? Other reasons? I guess you should state those because it might be helpful for the others seeking consoles and some additional tips to the OP's.

I like to play my games on a couch in front of a big tv screen in the living room and I don't want to be bothered with configuration issues. Besides that, I very much prefer a controller over the mouse/keyboard combination. And yes I know it's possible to use a controller with a PC and to connect the PC to the same TV screen, but stil I don't want to spent time and money in realizing that while my standars for graphics are not that high (I enjoy my Wii U A LOT!).
