Wii U has excellent AAA third party games. The problem is not enough people are buying them for the system. Titles like Batman AA, AC4 and COD:Ghosts saw timely release and solid versions, but poor sales. I suspect part of the reason is many early Wii U buyers are gaming enthusiasts and as such also own a PS360 and bought the game on those older systems where they had played previous editions. Wii U 3rd party titles that didn't show up on PS360 would most likely do better, especially as the install base grows... but they will most likely never show up.
Strange that you would be "done" with 3rd party, however. If I like a game, I get it. Doesn't matter who makes it to me.
