Considering the Wii-mote formula still has lots of untapped potential, Nintendo should have continued with it for Wii U; ALL IN.
And instead of a touch screen controller they should have created connectivity directly to 3DS, and merged 3DS and Wii U software development into one entity.

So in other words, I don't see Wii as the problem. The problem is rather that Nintendo sometime in 2009 started shifting focus from the perfect strategy they once had with Wii. And later abandoned it all together.


thats fair, but how can you be so sure that people would just not have grown tired of the wiimote?
