when i say damage, im talking not so much sales. I really mean perception. Yes they sold well, but now they have a console that is selling terribly, so did it even matter in the long run that Wii was so hot? IMHO Wii didnt really solve the problems that the past consoles had. Hell they became worst, now they were really far behind the other two in terms of HW which is fine to sell cheap but then you miss out on a bunch of games, moreso than N64 or GC and the games you did get were shovelware. Do people not think that the system that is known for shovelware is going to have a bad image going long term? WOuld people want to buy the follow up to the shovelware system?
