What does it mean for a console to be DOOMED?

According to the dictionary the definition of doomed is WiiU =P
Seriously though 99% of people (Thats a real percentage, I did tests) call DOOMED way to early for what is mearly an underpreformance. Hell sometimes its doing well but still DOOMED!!1!1!!
