OT: Probably Rodger Ramrod, which was a mid '90s Doom-alike where you contend with such well thought out enemies as gimps and gay bikers and bull dykes using jizz, piss, and farts as your weapons. Also, instead of picking up health packs you regain health by getting blowjobs. Needless to say, a very sophisticated game indeed!
