Anexation in the modern days is not done by military force, but by referendum. Thats what needs to happen.

 

As for the arguments that say that it used to be russia territory. Well... newsflash, all of Ukraine and neighboring countries used to be part of Russia (USSR, but we all know thats the same). Should we be okay with him anexing all of that aswell?

And as I said, it would be like saying that England has the rights to Australia. Andthey don't.
