It's not happened to me before, but credit also goes to the chap I spoke to on the phone at Tesco. I was surprised he and his manager went online and googled.
Considering this, I wonder how different the whole BF4 issue would have been had people returned their copies and to retailers. What if every Tesco, ASDA etc would have taken their copies off of the shelves? Would we have seen results sooner? How would EA have responded?
