I'm saying the names aren't creative at all. 64 bits? Super Mario 64. Shine sprites? Super Mario Sunshine. In space? Super Mario Galaxy. It's 3D? 3D Land. 3D Land, but bigger and better? 3D World. I don't need to explain the how Super Mario World isn't a creative name.

the name is linked to the world it is in. short and simple = easy to remember

Anything that is fitting and doesn't have "3D" in it.

they had games with land and world in 2D now they have made "sequels" in 3D so it is perfectly fitting.
