To bad Halo is the exclusive king. Gears is good and many on the way have a lot of potential. Project Spark also looks impressive.

Project Spark is on PC. Its not exclusive and I have no clue what you're going on about with two titles. Microsoft is running back to Gears because their actual new IP fell through. Shows you how afraid they are of doing things themselves. I love Gears so it doesn't matter to me whether it gets another iteration. As a company when it comes to creativity MS is weak, thats all I am saying. More Halo and Gears doesn't bother me at all. They are dependent on them. If I had their level of dependence I would do the same thing.

OOohhh we're going to resort to school yard cut-downs are we? Sony wants to create a popular universe of characters, yes, but Nintendo's concepts are mirrors of what disney does, so no one is 100% original. Sony seeks not to have characters like Nintendo, but rather Pixar. Look up their history and get back to me. WHo wouldn't want to make their own mario kart or Mario party if they had the characters? Fortunately Sony has them and continues to make new IP's.
