My own stage is rather unexciting but pretty fun in actual play.
To make it:
1) Select a small stage.
2) Select the dropping block (the one that falls as people step on it).
3) Put an entire row of them 1 square from the top of the stage.
Done.
Jumping from block to block as well as fighting the other players makes for really spectacular ariel battles.
