I skimmed it, and I mostly agree. With the exception of the Wii, Nintendo has always chased innovation as apposed to leading in like Playstation has for 20 years, and Xbox did with its first one.
Right now I think Nintendo is gonna go through what Sony is just getting over: Old leadership that sinks the company.
Eventually Nintendo will grow up.
