Content Manager Assistant is the name of the program to do it btw, you should have gotten it free with the Vita or else you can just go to the Sony site and download it from there if you're missing it, annoyingly it always runs on the PC once installed. |
simply kick it out of the autostart in msconfig.exe, that's what I did, but I agree that Sony should have an option for that in the app
