Go back through this thread. You'll see screenshots showing a lack of POM on X1. It should be obvious on the video in the article as well.
It's beginning to look like there are a few mistakes in this article. I'd also be truly shocked if the trilinear filtering comment is true. Both consoles should be using 8X or 16X Anistropic Filtering as minimum considering their GPU power. Trilinear filtering shouldn't be used in any of the next gen consoles (including Wii U). Hell, devs should have stopped trilinear filtering 10 years ago.
