Long ago, in the mists of time I let my cousin borrow it. He threw out the scratch n sniff cards and trashed the player's guide cover. A few weeks later his house was robbed and lost my SNES and games.

Ouch, that's horrible.

Someone drew all over my player's guide. I couldn't figure out why none of the ingame monsters had angry V eyebrows.

Yikes that really sucks.  My Earthbound copy and guide are both tucked in that box in as pristine a condition as when I received them (more or less).  I try to take really nice care of all my things.  I even still have the scratch and sniff cards myself.  Even that really stinky one... Bleh!
