The new system makes sense, you still have the power boost on the corners, but because now you have to pull it off by holding the direction where you're staring it makes it impossible to do on a straight line.

It will still be hard to master as if you want to steer and get the power boost you'll need to get on the corner at the right place or you will be heading the walls.

I think it's great as it rewards the better driver and it stops the nonsense of accelerating on straight lines making redundant any other item/tactic.

Useless to say this is all theory, let's see on the 11th how everything actually works.
