The Wii U has a quite good attach rate for a console less than 2 years old. About 5 games per console, in comparison SNES which lasted 6 years ended up with an attach rate of around 7.7 games per console. No console has managed to sell +10 games per console.

I see too much hysteria in this thread.
Less than 10% of the Wii owners got Galaxy 2, less than 1/3 of the Gamecube owners bought Mario Sunshine, less than 10% of the Super Nintendo owners bought Zelda A Link to the Past, less than 1/4 of the N64 owners bought Ocarina of Time.
