Not sure about the swedes, but here in Norway we get free pc's, and that makes students just go on facebook all the time, playing candy crush or whatnot. A horrible idea, while the PC is genious for schoolwork, 2/3 of class never pays attention anymore.
And if you pay attention in school you learn much more than if you do an extra hour homework, at least in my personal experience, and my average grade is 5.5 out of 6 so I should know what I'm talking about.
