It's an insanely risky experiment. I don't think gamers request TV shows to be integrated into gaming and I think Quantum Break is destined to fail big time and will eventually turn out to be Remedy's last big project after which they will be forced into indie development.

Remember you read it here first.

Why the negativity?

Didn't I just say so? Most gamers have no interest in this concept.

The integration of a TV show doesn't add anything to a gaming experience, it only risks desintegrating and limiting it. It's a distraction. It's a faulty thought right from the start. The consumption of passively watching TV is so different from actively putting in and playing a game. Perhaps someone will be able to integrate them sometime in the future somehow, but it won't be Remedy and Quantum Break.

Plus it will be expensive, it automatcially becomes so with live actors and multiple paths in a TV series. Immensily risky.
