PS3 and Vita are platforms where 99.9% of games are not region locked

I know, but that 0,1% includes Persona 4 Arena, so that's why I was concerned.

I understand your concern, but that was a very specfic case where Atlus was being very controlling due a contract agreement. We'll have to see if it happens again, but I'm leaning towards no.
