Not really. Games don't usually triple their first 2 months of sales, ACIV will top out at 200k. Did we ever get 101 shipments???
Ubi are making the right decision with Watchdogs. It's their next 8m+ selling franchise (that's what they're hoping for) they shouldn't be worrying about a sku that is gonna sell 50k - 200k.
