I actually keep an Excel spreadsheet which I update weekly with worldwide numbers from VG Chartz, and I update it each week by reviewing the past weeks and adjusting numbers accordingly. It takes me all of 2 hours a week on average, and it's a useful service I can offer VG Chartz users.
