I didn't but I meant through out the series.

Mewtwo and Pichu were added because of the movies that were around the same time.

Lucario replaced Mewtwo, because he was more relevant at the time of his release.

While other characters can get away with being obscure, like Game and Watch

Pokemon are under more scruntity, cause they can only put so many pokemon in the game so they want to have the most relevant. Pikachu is effectively, the Mascot of Pokemon so he will always be relevant.

its even worse because Jigglypuff is crap tier in Brawl (literally, she's F tier)

So she's more or less this games Pichu.

When was the last time u saw Jiggly in a pokemon movie/ anime

And they should just cut a character instead of trying to improve it? Jigglypuff also has a unique moveset and is not copy like Pichu was.

Do you know who is also in F tier? Mario, Samus, Bowser, Captain Falcon, Link, Zelda and Ganondorf. Should they also be removed?

Jigglypuff has had more appearances than Lucario in the anime.
