The 2nd year is just as important, look at the PS2 games on its second year:
That would be hard for the PS4 to match, but FFXV, KHIII, GT7, MGSV:PP (or complete edition, i.e. GZ+PP), TLG, DQVIIIHD remake, Uncharted 4 would probably match or exceed it. Kawano recently said Sony needs to work hard to make the PS4 sell as much as the PS2 and I agree. It's doable, but it will require a lot of hard work and a lot of deals, exclusive or otherwise, with 3rd parties. |
On 2015 is when We'll see the real nextgen games based on the hardware instead of port of oldgens or downgrades from PC...
