The same report claims - after having tested the Polish language pack - that each of these variants includes complete support for all commands, apparently indicating that each of these fifteen languages/regions will include a full range of Cortana features at launch. |
This is not true at all. Original polish poster just said that files are similar in size and count, so he ASSUMED that the support is the same - he had not tested it, because Cortana is not available yet.
So there is *hope* that it will work from beggining, but it may be just voice recognition, without command execution (just like in Android - excellent polish voice recognition, but no commands like "call x").
