Some of them still apply to the Nintendo of today:

- 3rd party royalties

- non-standard tech

- lower power than competition

- inadequate documentation

- incompetent help support

Setting Sony or Microsoft ahead of Nintendo for certain acts that they have done is one of them. Big companies like these all have their own financial and "humane" (even that's a bit of a stretch) problems.

What "certain acts" are you talking about? Could you be more specific?
