These would make me super happy :)

I've given up hope on FF Type-0 and my crazy dream that SE would release Crisis Core on the digital store.

I'd love for those other two to get localized too, havent played a Legend of Heroes yet, afraid to get stuck without the rest of the story.

Try Trails in the Sky (TITS), the games have their own self sustaining story even if they are all in the same universe with cameos. Think Tales of... or FF games. This one is available as PSP digital download. SUPPORT IT so they know we want MORE!!!
