I'm quite happy with my game selection always available in my two pockets. Thanks to PS Plus, my Vita collection is very versatile... many great games I probably wouldn't have bought for full price, ended up to be my favorites.
On 3DS I mostly buy the games, I am 100% sure that I will like them: Zelda, Mario, Donkey Kong, Ace Attorney, Professor Layton and the most praised rest (Fire Emblem, Animal Crossing). Bravely Default and Pokemon X/Y will probably be the next, but no experiments for €40 in the 75% - 85% metascore-area.
And since I sold most of my physical PSP and DS games, it is great to get many of my PSP and PS1 favorites for a few bucks as digital versions... I love the PSN sales! Hopefully Nintendo will follow that strategy eventually and offer every good DS game as digital download for 3DS... I don't want to carry a bag of DS-modules around:
