Not really. The Wii U doesn't have many real prospects for regaining momentum, and the PS4 has some to spare.
With that said, while the Wii U should easily be outsold by the PS4 eventually, there is some slight potential for the Wii U to recapture the lead. Briefly, for a few weeks, if at all, but still possible.
