Honestly, last year I would of said this guy was crazy. But seeing the PS4 somehow destroy all predictions almost anyone places on it, if it does hit 20 mil (not saying it will), I won't even be surpised.

I know beating out a lot of people's expections, however I looked up the PS2's numbers for a reference and it didn't 10 million until sometime in  march 2002. So based on that i really think it will hit 20 million by the end of 2014. 

What? If that were true, PS2 sales would be called mediocre.

20m is very possible by the end of the year. It all depends on how much they can produce. It should be around 7m by the end of March.

Maybe there's misunderstanding by those who think not a realistic figure.

20 mill LTD by 31 dec 2014 vs. 20 Million in calendar year 2014. PS4 needs to sell 15.8 milion consoles in 2014 to get to 20 million by the end of the year. That's doable. It's far far short of Wii's best years, and not far over PS3's best year. So 20 million LTD by the end of 2014 is realistic, albeit probably at the upper end of realistic.

If anyone thinks 20 million sold for the calendar year then that's a big stretch and highly unlikely.
