I have no idea.
Infamous 1 had electricity
Infamous 2 had electricity, fire and ice (had to check this on the net, never played the game)
Infamous SS has smoke, neon and ???
I'd be kinda disappointed if there was only one more power, I am actually hoping for 4-5 overall, but maybe that's unrealistic.
