360 has no chance. Heck, I'm pretty sure it won't even hit 90M, now.
The PS3 has a shot, as Sony still has a $50-$100 price cut coming and, more importantly, they will be pushing it in the same developing countries that allowed the PS2 to sell decently, while its sales dropped in the major regions. It definitely won't be easy, though.
