So "nobody" was expecting it outsell the wii for those months but "everyody" was expecting them to be comparable? Even if that were remotely provable that doesn't change the fact that both compared to it's current competition and historically the PS4 is selling very, very well.

Like I said before, "there's three states". Just because a statement is not the state of 10 doesn't mean it is the state of 1. It could be any other number within the range of 1 -9. 

The PS4 doing good in comparison to the other duds doesn't mean that it's doing amazing ...

But it's not just doing well in comparison to the current group of consoles. It's doing better than nearly every other console that's ever been launched. Considering that many believe the console market is shrinking for a console to do that well is great.

It still isn't pulling off WII numbers many had hoped for january.
