The generation to generation in each market is very interesting.

EU: 360 to X1 - 9.5K to 10.5K, PS3 to PS4, 21.5K to 55K

NA: 360 to X1 - 19.3K to 34.1K, PS3 to PS4, 18.9K to 51.7K

In Europe we see Microsoft with X1 and 360 at parity while Sony's PS4 is well over double its predecessor.

In North America Microsoft is doing better nearly doubling, but compared to Sony's tripling it pales in comparison.

Even as a Sony optimist in this I really thought after the DRM 180 Microsoft could hold the status quo.  That price difference is killing them right now and I really do not see the gap shrinking anytime soon.
