lol obviously there isn't going to be a big plot hole like that. Only humans can't see him. There are monsters called Hyouma (not sure if this refers to all monsters or just some of them) who attack people with high spirit energy or some shit. The Divine people like MIkulio should be prime targets.

Obviously they're not going to make him capeless. The designs are already set. Considering you can take the cape off if you want, what would be the point of them removing it anyway?
