Wii U.
What really makes me sad is that it's exactly the Nintendo consoles fans have been crying out for since the launch of the Wii: 'hardcore' games, better online, eshop, HD graphics, awesome controller (seriously, I rank the gamepad better than the gamecube controller), backwards compatibility, new IP, improved 3rd party support (or there was, until Nintendo fans refused to buy it).
Seriously, the Wii U is awesome; it doesn't deserve to 'fail'. But Nintendo fans haven't bought it, and it's because of that that it's struggling.
I know Nintendo fans say they're the best. But we're not, we're the worst.
Look at the Sony fanboys; buying up every PS4 that hits the shelves, despite there not being any decent games on it, no backwards compatibility and paid online (why do people think that its OK?)
