Well Nintendo 3DS with the 3D on is more anti-aliasing then an IMAX TV (8K HD TV), and if by higher resolution you mean better image quality on screen then the Nintendo 3DS with the 3D ON definitely has that from clearity to vividness.
Maybe we should just play all games in 3D on any and every system. You can convert 2D into 3D with the right 3D TV.
