Looking back on the interviews with I have seen and read from him. TBH in retrospect Ken leaving going for a smaller next project isn't too surprising. He seemed pretty burnt out from the Infinite dev cycle, I mean the game was in development for 5 years. It is surprising that 2K is shutting down the entire studio just because Ken wants to build a smaller game with a small team. I guess there was a lot of high ranking people leaving the studio over the last few years. Especially if 2K are going to be doing a new Bioshock game in the future.

I guess 2K have no faith in the people at the studio other than Ken.
