No. XB1 has a far more powerful GPU, considerably beefier 8-core CPU, and like 5x-6x the RAM (for games).
SNES = Playstation 4
Genesis = XBox 1
Souped Up NES = Wii U
That said if Nintendo wasn't so concerned about making a system that consumes less electricity than a light bulb and designing something to the tastes of Japanese housewives (gotta love those design priorties) they probably could've matched Microsoft fairly closely this gen with year headstart.
