Are XBONE graphics closer to Wii U than PS4?

It's a cross gen multiplat on both XBONE and PS4, so that pretty much factors out actually. If I was just comparing Wii U and XBONE in a vacuum then yeah it'd be an unfair comparison.

A cross gen multiplat being compared with an 8th gen exclusive that probably won't be out until 2015 is in no way a "fair comparison". 

Read what I'm saying. I agree it's not fair to compare an exclusive to a multiplat. That's not what I'm doing though. It's ("X" vs XBONE MGS) vs ("X" vs PS4 MGS). The decreased graphics of MGS being multiplat essentially factor out.
