Wii U's lower RAM bandwidth is a non-issue if you use its much faster eDRAM for operations requiring rapid memory. And 1GB is considerably better than <500MB. Any scene requiring 600, 700, or 900MB of assets at once would be undoable on PS3/360. Wii U's GPU is better as well.
