well, you mean other than the fact they are almost IMPOSSIBLE to have a normal life the way they are? lol
Personally, I don't see them living past the age of 5. Most of them sadly don't. *sighs*... I think if they were under the life from birth, one of them can probably be saved.
EDIT: if they have seperated brain, they are likely been crushed inside that one skull.. sad.
