I don't think so, you can go on itunes and downloadlitterly every single podcast program there is. I do it too. You can also download from the site it self and there is this thing where you can search your podcasts and download legally. If you click the link it says it will send you a warning. Youtube also has lots of video and audio podcasts(in video form.)

I don't think you realize, but P2P is actually a lot faster for me because they grab information from a lot of users.. as oppose to ITune, also, I get throttled a lot through ITUNE, and I'm not waiting 2 hours for a podcast.

For people who steal music, they can still steal them from websites. That's not a valid point to say all P2P/filesharing is bad.
