Japan launch week is technically only one day of sales. Japan would need to carry give or take 300k in a single DAY assuming the west doesn't dip a bit as Sony allocates the majority of it's resources to the Japanese launch since it only happens once (which is a bad assumption to make).
No, Japanese launch is going to miss it by as much as 70k imo. Week ending March 1st is far more safe.
